55+ Senior Living

Maplewood Village is a 48 unit apartment community housed in two buildings of 24 apartments each in Shelburne Vermont. It has been designed for seniors aged 55+ who are independent and want to live worry free. We are a one or two bedroom single level apartment complex with no garden to maintain (unless you want a “garden plot”), no snow to shovel, no property taxes to pay, no household repairs and emergency medical assistance at the pull of a cord.
The property is owned and operated by local members of the business community. This is the group’s second independent senior living community. The 64 unit sister property, Haydenberry Commons, is located in Milton Vermont. It has been in business for six years and is managed in house by the same ownership partners.
